The compliance firm PureWay has formed a collaborative alliance with the Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group (PPSWG) to create a partnership aimed at improving systems for pharmaceutical waste management across the nation. This joint initiative seeks to refine existing protocols for the collection and environmentally responsible disposal of used medical sharps, such as needles and syringes from injectable medications.
