Kazakhstan’s national oil and gas company, KazMunayGas (KMG), a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna, and Uzbekistan’s state-owned oil and gas holding, Uzbekneftegaz (UNG), are investigating opportunities for joint involvement in international petroleum projects, as recently announced by KMG.
