Roxana Suciu is a Senior Sustainability Director at KPMG Advisory Romania with over 25 years of international experience in environmental strategy, climate risk, and global ESG disclosures. Throughout her career, Roxana has led high-impact energy and environmental portfolios, including serving as Head of the Energy & Environment Section for UNDP Romania and managing global environmental/sustainability reporting for the multinational oil and gas leaders, logistic companies etc.

An expert in translating complex regulatory frameworks like CSRD into actionable corporate strategies, she specializes in climate risk assessments, double materiality, and sustainable finance for the energy, HoReCa, manufacturing, food, logistics sectors etc. Roxana holds an Executive MBA and an M.Sc. in Systems Ecology and Sustainable Development. She is a GRI Certified Professional dedicated to helping organizations safeguard energy infrastructure and build long-term business resilience.
