As the company’s Head of Data Transformation, Michel LUTZ is responsible for fostering a data-driven culture and building data expertise across the organization, transforming technology systems, and driving continuous improvement in data management practices. He also serves as Head of Data & AI at the TotalEnergies Digital Factory, where he leads a team of approximately 40 specialists in data science, data management, MLOps, and artificial intelligence.
