Marco Chiesa, born in Cremona in 1988, is Head of Origination & Partnership for Hydrogen Business since November 2019, managing national and international business development targets and activities for Snam in the Low-Carbon Hydrogen landscape.

Previously, held the position of Head of Innovation, in charge of two, main, areas: the start-up integration in the traditional businesses and the development of an open innovation hub within Snam, by involving several partners (start-ups, universities, etc.).

Before joining Snam, Marco was Senior Consultant for the Energy & Strategy Group, part of the Politecnico di Milano. In this position, he covered the gas, power and oil value chains, working – among other countries – in Italy, France, Germany.

Marco holds MSc in Management and Industrial Engineering from the University of the Politecnico di Milano, with a visiting research experience at Imperial College London.
