Dr. Attila Batonyi

Dr. Attila Bátonyi is the leader of the Regulatory Working Group at the Hungarian Battery Association and Managing Director of the Battery Division at Jász-Plasztik Kft. with extensive experience in leading large-scale industrial operations.

He has successfully overseen the startup and scaling of a battery recycling plant and leads production across SLI, traction, and energy storage applications.

With a revenue target of 95M EUR in 2024 at Jász-Plasztik Kft., his leadership extends to managing over 350 employees and handling high-level business negotiations, product development, and international collaborations. His prior experience as Deputy Director for urban development projects and legal advisor adds depth to his strategic vision in both private and public sectors.

Multilingual and committed to advancing the battery industry, he is a delegate at the Hungarian Battery Association and an active member in various community and professional organizations.
