Mr. Scotto received his degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy. From 1992 to 2005 Mr. Scotto worked with Snamprogetti as Process Manager in the Urea Process Department.

He joined Casale in 2005 where he acted as Head of Urea Process Department until 2013. He currently holds the position of Head of Project Division.
