Final Countdown: Samarqand Welcomes the 12th Downstream Central Asia & Caspian Summit

In just two weeks, the historic city of Samarqand will host the region’s largest gathering of downstream and petrochemical leaders — the 12th Downstream Central Asia & Caspian Summit. The event, organised by Globuc (UK) with the official support of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, will take place on 9–11 September 2025 at the Hilton Regency Samarqand.

More than 300 senior executives, government officials, and experts from over 20 countries are confirmed to join, underlining the summit’s role as the most significant industry platform in Central Asia and the Caspian region.
