Rezolv Energy is a clean power producer with a 2.3GW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Southeastern Europe. Two of these projects, the 461MW VIFOR wind farm in Romania and the 225MW St. George solar park in Bulgaria, are already in construction. Two more projects in Romania, the 600MW Dunarea East & West Wind Farms and the 1,044MW Dama Solar project, will move into the construction phase shortly.
The power from these projects will be sold to commercial and industrial users through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Rezolv signed six major PPAs in 2024, covering 460GWh per year – with leading companies including T-Mobile Czech Republic, Slovak Telekom, Bekaert and Ardagh Glass Packaging-Europe.
