Petrochemicals Europe

Petrochemicals Europe is the association of petrochemical producers in Europe that brings together around 70 companies (including affiliated members) with a turnover of 145 billion Euro, not including the turnover of its customer industries. They manufacture ethylene and propylene from steam cracking, other olefins, aromatics for chemical use, and first stage petrochemical derivatives and intermediates. The association is an industry sector of Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council, representing large, medium and small chemical companies employing 1,2 million people, and accounting for around 15% of world chemicals production.
