Fost Plus

Fost Plus nfpo is responsible for the selective collection, sorting and recycling of household packaging waste in Belgium. Through promotion, coordination and financing, we give concrete substance to the circular packaging economy. Thus, every year we recycle almost 90% of household packaging on the market thanks to efficient collection of glass, paper-cardboard and PMD.

Packaging management has resolutely evolved into sustainable materials management. To this end, we work closely with all parties involved: companies, federations, public authorities, municipalities and intermunicipalities, collection, sorting and recycling companies and citizens.

Fost Plus was created in 1994 at the impetus of companies and is active in the three regions. Through our mission, we meet the European objectives of sustainable waste management.
