What does Silverwell Energy specialise on?

Silverwell is a developer and manufacturer of digitally intelligent gas lift production optimisation systems called DIAL.

How does Silverwell disrupt the oil & gas market with its innovative DIAL gas lift?

DIAL is an in-well gas lift system that overcomes the well design and operational limitations of existing side-pocket mandrels and valves. This system enables the operator to optimize gas injection rate, and change the depth of injection to satisfy well conditions, and without any intervention required. Each in-well unit features up to six different sized orifice valves to accommodate a wide range of unloading and production conditions, as well as in-built pressure and temperature sensing capability. As reservoir conditions change the injection orifice can be remotely adjusted from surface and confirmed in real-time. This is the first major innovation in gas lift for the past 70 years.

Recently Silverweel announced a collaboration with Petronas. What are some other success stories driving oil & gas companies innovation with DIAL?

Silverwell worked closely with companies recognized as early adopters of digital technology in the industry, who quickly recognized the benefits that DIAL digital gas lift technology could bring to their Operations. We have been honoured to provide our systems to Petronas to help achieve their strategic objective of digital transformation to reach operational excellence. Silverwell also worked with several other leading operators around the world and published SPE papers with ADNOC, PTTEP and others to share the experience and lessons learnt with the industry.

Silverwell Energy is a Supporting Partner at the virtual Go Digital Energy summit. What do you expect to achieve at the event?

Increase the exposure of our company and solutions to our clients and prospects, and share some of our latest case histories and benefits observed, to demonstrate the value of adopting digital technologies.
