At the beginning, information was provided on promising projects and plans being implemented in. During the meeting, Shell presented its achievements over the past 100 years in the oil and gas industry and the technologies they have introduced into production.

Along with this, the Shell came up with a proposal for the use of a low-cost high-performance sulfinol solution at the existing installations for the purification of oxygen gases generated at the enterprises under the jurisdiction of Uzbekneftegaz. The company representatives noted that the use of this solution allows to reduce the multi-stage acid gas purification processes, as well as the experience of the factories that are currently using this solution, the results obtained by them.

Shell was introduced to modern technological solutions developed and applied in practice for the utilization of SO2 gases generated as production waste and reducing their environmental impact. The issues of purchasing and installing equipment with a capacity of 10-700 tons per day were discussed, which would allow the use of CO2 gas for technical and food purposes, emitted into the open air as waste in exchange for the use of this technology.

They were also introduced to the methods of changing technological processes to increase the productivity of existing gas cleaning plants and the mechanisms of operation of a new type of plate system for innovative absorption columns "Shell Turbo Tray" and its advantages.

As a result of the videoconference, an agreement was reached on joint study of innovative technological solutions and existing technological problems with an in-depth study of the latest achievements of Shell in the field of gas chemistry in the implementation of promising projects.
