Stavrolen has increased output of pyrolysis furnaces

Stavrolen, a subsidiary of Lukoil, has upgraded four pyrolysis furnaces and increased their productivity, Rupec reports.

The EPC contractor for the project was Lenniihimmash. As a result of the modernization, the productivity of straight-run gasoline has increased by 16%, and the productivity of wide fraction of light hydrocarbons by 35%.

Moreover, technicians replaced convection coils, linings, pipeline systems and construction steel structures within the project.

No parties have disclosed the cost of the works. Earlier, the government of the Stavropol region reported that Lukoil is investing about 2.7 billion rubles in reconstruction projects at Stavrolen.
