Earlier it was announced that Sberbank has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AEON investment corporation to create one of the biggest methanol production plants in Russia.

The construction of a methanol plant is the first stage of our strategy to create a diversified chemical industry cluster in the Volgograd Region. The project involves the construction of a world-class industrial complex, which will export products to global markets.
