Joint project of Uzbekneftegaz and Sintez OKA for the production of diethylene and methylethyleneamine

Uzbekneftegaz in partnership with Russian company Sintez OKA, plans to organize production of new types of import-substituting products in the country - diethylene and methylethyleneamine - Rupec

Chemical reagents developed by Sintez OKA are already being deployed in oil and gas production departments and processing enterprises at Uzbekneftegaz.

During the framework of the meeting with representatives from the Russian company, possibilities of cooperation and projects of joint implementation were discussed.

An agreement was reached on accelerating work on technical testing of products developed by Sintez OKA for the project for gas purification from mercaptan compounds at the Mubarek gas processing plant.

Together with Sintez OKA, it is planned to organize production of new types of import-substituting products (diethyleneamine and methylethyleneamine) for Uzbekneftegaz. During the discussions, the parties explored the possibilities of applying measures possessing a positive effect on the technical, economic and financial performance of projects.
