Anticipated completion of the project is set for the first quarter of 2029. Once operational, the gas processed by the GSC will supply the Silleno petrochemical plant (2nd phase production – polyethylene), which is also being developed by TECNIMONT in the region.

The GSC is designed to recover at least 98% of ethane from dry gas, while the Silleno complex aims to produce high-quality petrochemical products.
