Safety measures

DOWNSTREAM CENTRAL ASIA AND CASPIAN

Safety measures

The safety and wellbeing of our attendees are top priority to us. As conference organisers, we are committed to implementing advice from global health authorities like the World Health Organisation (WHO) as well as the national and local authorities. We’ve added a series of additional Health & Safety measures and rules in compliance with the current guidelines to protect our attendees and staff members. These measures are obligatory for everybody onsite during the conferences.
  1. Temperature-screening will be in force.
If you are denied entry due to temperature, you will be provided a no-cost pass to the next Downstream Caspian and Central Asia conference.
  2. Increased cleaning programme across all high-volume touchpoints, e.g. handrails, WCs, public touchscreens etc.
  3. Availability of sanitising and disinfection materials for public use
  4. Awareness and training to all staff on standard personal preventative measures, e.g. personal hygiene, frequency of use of sanitising products, etc.
  5. Advice to exhibitors on implementing effective cleaning and disinfection of stands.
Exhibitors will be asked to ensure their products and stations have been sanitised, regularly across each day
  6. Implementing a microphone change protocol for all speakers.
