I am the EPR project manager for France and Europe since 2020 and a Decathlon speaker on the subject. I also lead an EPR network (textile and footwear) representing the countries in which we operate.

With 7 years of experience as an industrial pattern maker in an SME and 10 years as a project manager in Decathlon; I know the sector from a technical, operational and now strategic point of view.

I’m also part of the board of Refashion our french PRO.

Patrik has over thirty years’ experience of working in the apparel and footwear industries for globally recognised brands.

Most recently Patrik held the role of CEO at Under Armour for over five years and previous to this, held senior leadership roles at companies including VF Corporation (The North Face, Timberland, JanSport), the Aldo Group and W.L Gore & Associates, the makers of Gore-Tex.

His extensive experience in the apparel sector enables him to bring a wealth of valuable insights to the fibre-to-fibre recycling sector, placing Reju in a unique position to drive the fashion industry’s transition towards circular materials.

Patrik is a Board Member of Dometic Group and USWE Sports AB.

With a background in industrial sales and a strong focus on textile applications, Pol specializes in helping stakeholders understand how AI-based optical sorting technologies enable the recovery of valuable materials from post- industrial and complex post-consumer textile and footwear waste streams.

At PICVISA, he supports projects ranging from pilot plants to full-scale industrial installations, contributing to the transition toward a more circular textile economy.

As Senior Director of Global Public Affairs at SHEIN, Annabella oversees public policy strategic advisory for technology, trade and investment, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues, as well as engagements with public, non-profit and industry stakeholders around partnerships, initiatives and advocacy efforts. She also oversees SHEIN’s ESG reporting and governance efforts, including the publication of its annual sustainability and social impact report.

Prior to SHEIN, Annabella worked at Grab, a technology company offering mobility, deliveries, financial and enterprise services in Southeast Asia. She built Grab’s Singapore Public Affairs team, and led Regional Public Policy and Research, including engagements with industry partners like Microsoft to bring mobile-accessible digital learning to Grab’s driver partners across Southeast Asia. She also worked in the Singapore Ministry of Defence, and in non-profit organisations in Indonesia and the Middle East.
