Romgaz agrees in principle to acquire Azomures

Romania’s natural gas producer, Romgaz, has reached a preliminary agreement to acquire Azomures, the country’s largest fertiliser manufacturer, from the Swiss-based Ameropa group. The deal, which includes finalized terms on price and structure, is expected to be completed within three to four months.
