1. What are the conference dates and location?

The 13th Annual Downstream Central Asia & Caspian Summit will take place on 9–10 September 2026 at the Rixos President Astana (Kunayeva St 7, Astana 010000, Kazakhstan).

2. What is the event format?

The conference format is hybrid, offering both in-person participation in Astana and full online access via our digital event platform.

3. Who can attend the conference?

The event is open exclusively to registered delegates, speakers, sponsors, and partners.

4. Is there a dress code?

Yes, smart casual for all conference sessions, networking coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the gala dinner.

5. What are the conference operational hours?

On-site registration and morning coffee start at 08:00 AM daily. Conference sessions finish at approximately 18:00, followed by evening networking events.

6. Where can I view the full agenda?

You can view and download the latest conference agenda on our website.

1. How do I register for the conference?

You can register directly on our website or by contacting our team at k.dzhumabaev@globuc.com. Early registration is recommended as delegate places are limited.

2. What is included in a delegate pass?

Passes include access to all session halls, exhibition areas, official lunches, coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, the AI networking app, and post-event access to speaker presentations and video recordings.

3. When does the event app launch, and what can I do with it?

The AI-powered networking app launches 2 weeks prior to the event, enabling you to view the full attendee list, schedule 1:1 meetings, exchange digital business cards, and customise your personal agenda.

4. Are dietary preferences (vegetarian/halal) accommodated?

Yes, vegetarian, halal, and special dietary choices are catered for during all official lunches and coffee breaks. Please specify any dietary requirements during online registration or inform our support team.

5. Who can attend the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner?

Both networking receptions are included for all registered delegates, speakers, and sponsors. The Gala Dinner takes place on the evening of 9 September at the atmospheric Irish Pub inside Rixos President Astana.

6. Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?

Yes, ticket transfers are permitted up to 5 working days before the event. Please notify customer support with your colleague’s contact details.

7. Will presentation slides and video recordings be shared?

Yes, presentation slides and video recordings will be published on the event app/platform within 5 working days after the conference closes.

8. What should I bring for on-site check-in?

Please bring a valid photo ID/business card and your registration confirmation (digital or printed) to collect your badge at the registration desk.
