As Saudi Aramco works towards its ambitious net-zero targets by 2050, emissions management is becoming a core part of its digital and operational transformation. In this presentation, Abuthaibah Hassan, OT Digital Projects Lead at Saudi Aramco, will showcase the development and impact of the Emission Management Solution (EMS), a digital platform designed to integrate emissions performance into the heart of plant operations, alongside production and maintenance.

Far beyond a monitoring or reporting tool, EMS serves as a unified, enterprise-wide platform enabling accurate emissions tracking, advanced analytics, and actionable insights. With over 160 operating facilities and more than 3,000 emission sources feeding into the system daily, EMS processes 80+ million data points a day making it a vital part of Aramco’s environmental and regulatory strategy.

The session will explore how EMS fits within Aramco’s broader Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management System (IMOMS), and how it delivers tangible value.
